Emily Rosengren is a director of engineering at Grainger. Her teams support a variety of products that help the customers manage their inventory. Prior to Grainger she spent over 10 years as a software engineer at Thoughtworks helping clients in a variety of industries and technology contexts build better custom software.
She loves solving complex problems, building high performing teams, drinking too much coffee, and running on the 606 only when the weather is nice.
