Ian blends a passion for adventure sailing with a long career in the software industry. He has recently returned from the Golden Globe Race, a non-stop, unassisted single-handed sailing race around the world, during which he spent over 8 months alone at sea.
When not sailing, Ian brings over 20 years of experience of innovation within the enterprise and telecommunications software space, holding numerous leadership roles both at start-ups and established businesses. He has built and led a number of successful organisations in Europe, South East Asia and the USA. Ian has lived through the ups and downs of tech start-ups and the corporate world, while setting himself some extraordinary personal challenges.
