In this era of agile development, we hear a lot about different styles, flavours and even frameworks. In my experience with facilitating the agile journey in big as well as small companies, one thing that I have learned is that one size does not fit all. The only thing I have seen working is what I choose to call polyglot agile, being able to "speak" different languages with different teams within the same company. But in a way that still makes it possible for them to collaborate. With a strong influence from Agile Fluency I will describe my multifaceted experience boiled down into one case study.
