As a seasoned intrapreneur, Kim B. Holmes has worked in financial services delivering enterprise class technology solutions in the insurance and banking sectors, both domestically and internationally. Kim recently moved into a role in talent acquisition at Discover after 19+ years in as a director in business technology at Discover Financial Services.
Kim is passionate about driving innovation through inclusion and working to create educational and professional opportunities for women and people of color. Kim was a founding co-chair of Discover’s women’s employee resource group and recently completed her term as chair of BOLD - Black Organizational Leadership at Discover. Kim currently mentors entrepreneurs at 1871 – Chicago’s center for technology and entrepreneurship, as well as high school students as part of the National Black MBA Association’s Leaders of Tomorrow program.
