One of the best features of the Flutter world is the availability of well-maintained, easy to integrate and test packages.

This talk explores the integration of the Drift package into a Flutter project for local data storage. This talk dives into how the package interacts with existing state management, how to write code to use this package, how to keep the package up to date and lastly how to test the code related to this package in the Flutter project. This talk will also explore alternatives to the Drift package for local data storage.
