Principles of Scale
Courtney Hemphill and Randy Shoup will lead an interactive discussion on what it takes for teams to succeed as they grow. We will delve into several challenging areas that organizations struggle with, including:
- Ownership at Scale - how teams define what they are responsible for, and how that needs to change as an organization scales
- Goals and Prioritization - how clear goals help teams produce better outcomes
- Iterative Development - how delivering incremental value to customers makes teams more effective
We will each share thoughts and examples from our own experiences, and will also invite the audience to share their questions and thoughts as well.
